Abigail Webster

Chartered Physiotherapist

Abbey developed an early interest in healthcare through a combination of sport, problem-solving, and a genuine desire to help people return to the activities they enjoy. As a competitive swimmer, she has first-hand experience of the physical demands of training and competition, and understands the importance of structured, evidence-based rehabilitation for both performance enhancement and injury prevention.

Abbey graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Suffolk and is fully registered with the HCPC and CSP. She values physiotherapy’s non-pharmacological approach, focusing on reducing pain, restoring movement, and improving long-term function and quality of life.

Her clinical approach combines hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation, with treatments including manual therapy, soft-tissue techniques, taping, and individually tailored home exercise programmes. Abbey has a particular interest in musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries, while also enjoying working with the general population across all ages and activity levels.

Abbey is committed to delivering clear, practical treatment plans and supporting patients throughout their recovery, helping them return to daily life, work, and sport with confidence.
